The Oxford Casino in Western Maine is seeking to hire men and women enthusiastic about becoming blackjack dealers and operating roulette, craps along with other casino table games.
The casino is holding a recruitment occasion Tuesday at Lewiston’s Career Center from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The casino hopes to acquire a sizable number of applicants thinking about becoming card dealers and table game operators.
Casino officials say they’re hoping to attract 75 men and women to attend the casino’s six-week coaching classes in anticipation of a busy summer time season. The casino says it’ll take into account people keen on operating either full- or part-time.
