The 52,000-square-foot project contains an 11,000-square-foot, four-season pool having a passage enabling guests to swim from the indoor portion with the pool for the outdoor portion, based on a news release. It attributes a poolside bar and lounge area with light dining and after-dark entertainment, the release says.
The pool contains private luxury cabanas with day beds and tv sets, a heated spa joining the pool, water features and sculptures, and a five,600-square-foot outdoor deck region with table-side fire pits, the release says.
“We are excited to share facts of this extremely anticipated project that we’re certain will make the sense of a lavish oasis, even within the middle of January,” said John Culetsu, Mount Airy’s Executive Vice President and Common Manager inside a prepared statement.
Pending Paradise Township permit approval, the project will offer between 75 to 100 construction-related jobs, in accordance with CECO Associates, the project’s contracted engineering firm. It’s going to employ 20 additional full-time Mount Airy staff like food and beverage servers, upkeep workers, lifeguards and entertainment, the release says.
