I think I have found a new favorite. Going to the site, the graphics and audio are unusually good and load smoothly. What a beautiful website. I love roulette(but there are many, many more games to choose from) and after I got a win I was surprised by how fast the payout came. You really feel VIP. This casino is almost ALMOST flawless. I love slot games in the casino so I downloaded this software with great expectations. The play is realistic. Graphics and payouts are spot on. However the disappointment lies in the fact that they obviously did not obtain the musical rights to the songs that make these slots so enjoyable! A major aspect of the entertainment in these games in the enjoyment of the timeless music played with the push of a button. An "authentic" experience should be just that. This would be a 5 star rating if the authentic music that was included. Without this, I give only an average 2.5 stars.

The eye candy abounds with this casino. However, in blackjack, it is difficult to read the dealer's cards. For some reason the card size of the dealer's hand is about half that of the players hand causing mistakes in reading what the dealer has. You can't use the keyboard in this casino and it slows everything down to a crawl. I like my action fast just like at the real casino.

The slots with this casino game aren't actual slot games used by casinos and the difference shows to anyone who has ever really played a live slot machine in the casino.

I am not impressed with the quality of the casino. Vegas Tech is better. It is always loading and that takes time. I had complained and they advised me to re-install and it was a little better. When exiting the game you get a noise similar to that when you make an error while working on your computer. The screen will go totally black for a few seconds and then it goes back to normal. Bottom line is that it is weird but it works.

NB: It was great dealing with Customer service. They were fast, efficient and handled my original complaint with class and professionalism.

I like this casino. Another casino i tried would crash completely when you entered the tournaments. I wanted to get this casino to eliminate that. However it doesn't provide the online game play that I thought it would like one of the poker sites. I think that this casino could have used some online game play but maybe the next version will. The AI seems to be perfect when it comes to making a decision about folding. I think that this casino is a particularly fun and challenging and maybe a good download. I would recommend to download this casino if you just want to lean back take a break and play some slots. If your already a poker fan I would go to another site

i put it in two windows vista and one windows 7 laptops. the casino is cool. the games sometimes are slow but i fixed that by turning off the junk like sounds. i will tell people to play at this place.

A girlfriend tipped me about this casino. I knew how to play different Poker games, and had played on other sites. But, once I got my games installed and entered the site, this was a much better playing atmosphere. Helpdesk were helpful in answering my questions. Once I made it known I was new to this site, everyone were more than willing to answer any questions I had. There is even a feature that I can use to page the admins when I need help. I even had a problem with my game not loading one day, but, called the number listed, and the staff helped me to get right back in the game. Some of the games I did not know how to play, but there was a menu area right in the game that explained how it was played. And can join in and play the tournaments against people all over the world. Love it!
